I started making short films at the age of 14 before going on to train as a professional actor. But I never stopped directing and in 2009 co-founded Fizz and Ginger Films with Tori Butler-Hart, moving full-time into filmmaking.

In 2013 we were picked by Screen International for their 'Stars Of Tomorrow' edition and since then I have written and directed three theatrical features, Infinitum: Subject Unknown, The Isle and Two Down -  and a TV movie, Miss In Her Teens (based on an 18th Century comedy).

I have also produced films for other filmmakers, most recently REAL for Aki Omoshaybi, which screened at the BFI London Film Festival before being released in cinemas in 2021.

 I co-wrote 'Full To The Brim With Fizz, Ginger, and Fierce Determination', a book on indie filmmaking, was published around the world in 2021.
